The RSO conducts research and provides access to information and resources that foster dialogue, inform policy development, and promote best practices across Member States. Its work focuses on enhancing responses to people smuggling, trafficking in persons, and related transnational crimes, all through a victim-centered approach. RSO documents include the Strategy and Annual Reports, past issues of the RSO Highlights Quarterly Newsletter, and a comprehensive library of Outcome Statements from RSO events. These publications are developed to guide and support stakeholders in addressing complex challenges.
